My work spanned over all aspects of communication for the company, from graphic design to press office duties, brand identity development to international business development.- Studied, developed and designed a new visual identity for the company (logo, stationary, sample books, presentations, office design, uniforms and other marketing collaterals).- Covered Press Office duties, such as archiving press clips, researching advertisement and communication opportunities for the firm, liaised with publishers for editorial opportunities, assisted copywriting for two articles published in WIDE Magazine (N.29 and N.31).- Worked on new business development and international client acquisition, thanks to the burgeoning collaboration with Axis Global. I helped secure the partnership with this Global Marketing Supply Chain company in the US, which lead to projects with clients such as Ikea and Michael Kors both in Italy and other EU countries. I also worked directly with the clients, following each commission closely up to the delivery and developed a strong relationship with the key figures involved globally.- In addition to this, I have helped Printable develop its own international client base directly, thanks to my knowledge of French and English, and ability to provide high quality multi-lingual customer service in a country not always up to speed with foreign relations.
