I’m Silvia Collepardi, an Italian by heritage and global explorer by choice. My journey into luxury hospitality began 18 years ago, sparked by a desire to see the world and create unforgettable experiences for those who travel it. I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the most breathtaking corners of the globe—Italy, Thailand, Bali, and now the Maldives—crafting stories for each destination through the lens of premium and luxury hotels and resorts. Today, I lead the Sales and Marketing team for COLOURS OF OBLU and Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, overseeing the commercial strategies for seven unique resorts in the Maldives.My work revolves around crafting immersive experiences that resonate with guests long after they leave the resort. I see each location as a canvas, and my job as bringing the essence of that canvas to life—whether it's the peaceful seclusion of a remote island or the vibrant energy of a bustling resort. It’s this blend of storytelling and strategy that allows us to create places where guests don’tjust visit, but leave with memories that last a lifetime.In saying this, my journey isn’t only defined by the destinations I’ve marketed. It’s about the people—those I’ve worked with and those I’ve led. Managing a global team across ten countries has taught me the importance of connection and diversity. I thrive on empowering others, whether it’s by mentoring women in leadership or guiding my team to exceed their own expectations.Outside of the boardroom, you’ll find me practicing yoga, running, or embracing my love for travel—seeking new places that inspire creativity and growth. For me, life is about constantly exploring, learning, and helping others do the same!
