In my role as Senior PR Manager Italy, I was responsible for developing and implementing both Corporate and Product PR strategies to consolidate the brand reputation and to reach the business targets set by the Chinese consumer tech company in the newly opened Italian market. I reported to the Country Manager.My main responsibilities included:- Defining, managing and executing effective and efficient Corporate and Product communication strategies and PR activities in Italy, in coordination with the headquarter and with all the European PR teams.- Localizing global PR campaigns.- Enhancing all the PR activities in order to make them fully integrated with the marketing channels.- Proactively imagining and delivering fresh media angles, hooks and product stories.- Daily monitoring, analyzing, reporting and judging the regional coverage and share of voice.- Managing the external PR agencies and the suppliers.

In my role as PR Manager Italy, I was responsible for the successful Corporate and Consumer PR strategy of the global long-distance carpooling company. I directly reported to the Country Manager.My main responsibilities included:- Planning, building and managing all the local PR projects in coordination with the headquarter.- Developing and implementing a roadmap for the PR activities in Italy.- Maintaining and building contacts with journalists and public stakeholders.- Pitching both the national and the regional media with news, figures, angles and stories; providing data, written and visual content for pitches.- Planning and organizing interviews with the global and the local management; working with the management to prepare for conferences and media inquiries.- Daily cooperating and coordinating with the Digital, Marketing, Brand and Design Departments to optimize the distribution of all the communication projects.- According with the Country Manager, representing BlaBlaCar as a spokesperson at conferences and public events.- Planning and executing events in the country, including press launches.- Identifying new PR opportunities by cooperating with other companies, with institutions and municipalities.- Tracking online and offline press coverage.- Monitoring and handling incidents and crisis communications.- Work closely with other international markets to share learnings and best practices.In the role, my key strengths are:- Deep knowledge of PR Management and of the Italian media landscape.- Creativity, and ability to shape and deliver impactful contents.- Excellent verbal and written Italian skills (mother tongue) and fluency in English.- Continuous self-development and relentless curiosity about the communications field.- At ease when working in dynamic, challenging and fast-changing environments.

In my role as Press Officer, I was in charge of running successfull PR campaigns for the new releases by Sperling & Kupfer, an imprint of Mondadori Group. The role sat within the PR and Events Department, and I reported to the Communications Director. My main responsibilities included:- Developing the Consumer PR strategies to promote new releases on all the national and regional media.- Devising and implementing all aspects of consumer PR campaigns both for fiction and non-fiction titles (over 50 new books and ebooks per year).- Building and maintaining contacts with journalists and bloggers.- Creating inventive digital campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department. - Working with some bestselling and award-winning authors including: Caitlin Moran, Anna Todd, Lena Dunham, Danielle Steel, Tom Rob Smith, Pietro Grasso, Margherita Hack, Dalai Lama, Seth Godin, Guillaume Musso, Novak Djokovic, Robert Peroni, Graeme Sims.- Coordinating with international literary agents, film distribution companies and tv networks to better synchronize the PR launches.- Planning and organizing authors’ promotional tours in the country (book fairs, festivals, book signings, etc.).In the role, my key strengths were:- Excellent organizational and project management skills.- Flexibility and abilty to work under pressure. - Creative flair for digital projects.- Commitment to a high level of authors care, especially while on promotional tours. - Passion and curiosity about several literary genres, about pop culture, science, politics, illustration, economics, pet training, cooking, gardening, advertising, sport, travel and whichever interesting and unusual topic a new book could have been focused on.
