• Supported the Digital Health Department during the Global Initiative on Artificial Intelligence for Health (GI-AI4H) inaugural meeting, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Facilitated online and face to face workshops in Country Offices (COs) identified in the Risk Management Unit (ERM) Strategic and Operational Workplan 2023 with the aim to analyse the potential risks encountered in field operations by key Units. • Researched and reported on the reasons for displacement in the areas affected by the Boko Haram group. The evaluation was carried out in coordination with the village chiefs and representatives of the displaced community in order to provide both the Government of Nigeria and the humanitarian community with a better understanding of population movement and displacement in the North-Eastern Region.• Conducted qualitative interviews in the local Hausa language to assess the impact of displacement on women and children living with host communities.• Organized seminars on the impact of war on women and their contribution to conflict resolution and sustainable peace (S/RES/1325. • At status of Book Haram crisis, conducted field research on displaced populations in North Nigeria.•Reported on and researched the Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in the area affected by Boko Haram, interviewed survivors of GBV in the local Hausa language.• Prepared quality analytical notes on the living conditions of women and street children living with host communities in disadvantaged areas. • Organized and moderated workshops and advocacy events on the strategies to prevent war crimes.• Conducted research projects for my Master final Thesis. Inspired by the scarcity of electricity in the North Nigeria, I investigated the role of unequal distribution of power, the significant reserves of oil and gas, the conflicts in the Niger Delta and the origin of Boko Haram movement. I focused on how Boko Haram transformed from a fundamentalist religious group to a terrorist organization with attention on its growing connection to transnational groups like al-Qaeda and al-Shabaab as a form of survival strategy.

• Field data collection on quality basic education for children, with special attention to girls and vulnerable groups.• Actively participated in meetings with local organizations, civil society and faith-based organizations, promoting literacy among children and adults. Planned and moderated side events, conferences and workshops to promote education in conflict zones. • In close collaboration with schools and educational institutions, delivered training on how to collect data on the impact of HIV and AIDS on learners and teachers. In collaboration with the "Bayero University", where I was a former student, created a booklet in Hausa language on how to reduce the transmission of HIV and AIDS, expanding the access to modern contraceptive methods.• Conducted research projects for my Bachelor final Thesis. Inspired by the cases of long-term disabilities due to the high level of Polio in North Nigeria, I investigated the low quality healthcare system with a special focus on the traditional medicine in Hausaland. I interviewed traditional healers in the local Hausa language, identifying and classifying a total of 56 species of plants belonging to 30 plant families used by traditional healers to treat and manage human diseases.
