As a Biotechnology student, I always knew I’d like to make my own contribution to the improvement and development of science, but it wasn’t until I started my internship in a familial heart diseases laboratory when I realised how I wanted to do it.Thanks to this experience, in which I learned how the world of investigation works, I’m open to any type of opportunity that allows me to learn beyond what’s on the books and to know by first hand all the work that’s done behind it.Furthermore, after finishing my degree I decided to study for the BIR test (Resident Biologist Intern), a year where I was able to learn more about different diseases, analysis methods, biochemistry and human physiology. While I was studying, I had the chance to work at Capgemini as a Software Engineer, where I got to attend a Fullstack Developer Bootcamp before getting a position in an international project for Telia Company, where I was able to learn how IT consultancies operate as well as working on a team along with other teams on an international setting.Eventually, I decided to enroll in CESIF's Pharmaceutical and Parapharmaceutical Industry Master's Degree due to my interest in being able to help from inside the industry being part of the different process in it, whether it's in production, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, or at the medical department as in medical affairs, as well as in other settings like market access, tech transfer or business intelligence. I'm willing to learn how the industry works on all the branches to be able to find the place where I fit the most.
