I am passionate about change and it's positive effects on people and organisations. Sound and valuable change can be achieved in many different ways within companies that have IT as core or to support their business. It could be to transform the way of working to be more efficient (agile/SAFe), implement new functionality in current solutions with high business value, the transformation to new IT systems, or the transition journey to outsource parts or all of the IT services.I like to perform and coach such transformations and here at COPR I have the opportunity to do so, creating value for and with our clients. This can be through project management of IT or business projects, but also through the transformation of the way of working.I see great advantages in agile ways of working, but I am familiar with the challenges that these can pose on the organisation. I worked mostly with IT project management, but also with requirement analysis, procurement of suppliers, process development, QA, audits and agile methods.Some examples for Silvia's assignments:MAJOR NORDIC BANK:Silvia was project manager for the requirement analysis, investigation, pre study, procurement and integration of a new platform for banking cards including the introduction of a new card product on this platform. In the project an agile way of working was used based on SCRUM and partially Kanban.NORDIC BANKING GROUPSilvia was the project manager for requirements definition, analysis, procurement and implementation of a system for the creation, management and archiving of dynamic customer documents in a Nordic banking group. The system was implemented in a SOA architecture and its services are provided through Web Services. TELECOM OPERATORSilvia analyzed and defined the requirements, led the pilot study (investigation) and was project manager for the development of an customer management and provisioning system for broadband customers. INDUSTRIAL COMPANYSilvia was project manager for the CSM (Customer Satisfaction Metrics) project. A system for customer satisfaction (external and internal) was developed, tested and connected to business processes and business improvements. The project was implemented as a VBSS (Value Based Six Sigma) improvement projects with Silvia in the role of "black belt".NORDIC BANKING GROUP:Silvia was the project manager for a large development project of a Nordic banking group. The company's insurance services (including fund management) were implemented in the groups's internet bank.
