Most of my professional career has been spent working in marketing, communications, PR and sponsorship in challenging international organizations.Wondering wheterh I've ever had my dream job? Yes, I had that privilege, at a young age to be part of an organization that focused heavily on developing people and building high performance teams, which sparked my interest in the personal and professional development of people and why I am also a high performance coach today. Everything I learned about teamwork, professional integrity, meaningful collaboration or meaningful work happened there, in that organization, which shaped me forever.Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of an organization that set high standards for excellence and integrity. The leadership principles encouraged and required ownership, seeking solutions rather than creating problems, direct communication, and trusting employees to be able to solve things on their own. I am a can-do person and a fearless optimist who likes people and wants to bring out the best in them. Making a difference together and creating something great is what drives me. My manner is direct and unfeigned and my adventurous spirit always takes me out of my comfort zone, which I like!
