Silvia Imran is a seasoned sales leader with over 15 years of experience in the testing, inspection, and certification industry. As the VP of Strategic Account Management & Sales Excellence ASMEA and North Asia at TÜV SÜD, she oversees the regional roll-out of the SAM program, generates solutions for TÜV SÜD's key clients, and manages and trains the Strategic Account Managers in the region. She is also responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding the company's presence and reputation in the ASMEA and North Asia market.Silvia is passionate about driving innovation and sustainability in the e-mobility and energy sectors. She has established the global TÜV SÜD Battery production business and played a major role in investment projects for battery and EV production facilities in Europe and Asia. She is also an expert in decarbonization strategies, energy transformation, hydrogen, and carbon management. She is part of the Women in Green Hydrogen Network and the Advisory Board Meeting Automotive Charging & Battery ASEAN. Additionally, she is the founder of the global TÜV SÜD Women's Network, which promotes mentoring, coaching, and networking for female professionals within and outside TÜV SÜD.
