Introducing digital transformation in the W&W Financial Group. My first task as responsable for Market Research and Think Tank was the analysis of relevant digital trends, Fintech and Insurtech Companies and competitors in the german Market with the aim of developing newproduct or business ideas for the digitisation of the company. Once the strategy was clear and the backlog built I was working as Business Project Manager in two digital Projects: a common Login for all the customer applications and a Global Position for all the Customer products in the web portal. My tasks were Stakeholders management, Backlog priorization, Requirements definition, Testing with customers, functional testing, deployment and communication management.

Defining the strategy and evolution of the product Wizzo. Wizzo was the first try of BBVA to dothings in a new way, working as an internal start-up with agile methodologies. Wizzo was a newway of banking, for digital natives, bringing simplicity to money management. With an easyenrolment process, the user could send and request money only with a mobile number, making group payments or paying with their mobile phone in any store.As a Product Owner my responsibilities included market research, competence analysis, new functionalities definition, business analysis, and user experience design of web and mobile interfaces. Also leading the functional team (3 Project managers) and creating and monitoring the Product Development Roadmap based in Customer feedback, KPIs and Market analysis.

Leading technology projects to bring a full multichannel experience to the BBVA customer.This includes functional and user experience design, coordination of all channels teams and project management.

Participating in the strategical definition of the new online banking channel in BBVA. Leading the definition of the Enrollment, Financial advising and selling processes in bbva.es. Processes definition, user experience, testing and implementation strategy.

Working at the business partners PMO I was responsible for the generation of Management Reports and analysis of information about the Projects Portfolio of the area.Also participating in the definition and implementation of the new operating model (methodology) in the business partner department.
