As the Manager of a Eltabo Coffee, I have a number of key responsibilities related to the management and operation of the business.1. Strategic Planning: I am tasked with formulating and executing business and marketing strategies to ensure our coffee shop remains competitive in the market. This involves monitoring industry trends, analyzing competition, and adjusting our business model to maximize profit potential.2. Operational Supervision: As a manager, I ensure that all operations run smoothly every day. This involves staff scheduling, menu determination, raw material ordering, and inventory monitoring to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.3. Human Resource Management: I am responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of staff. I ensure that all members of our team have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver the best service to our customers.4. Financial Control: I oversee and manage the coffee shop's budget. This includes overseeing sales, monitoring expenditures, and conducting financial analysis to ensure financial sustainability of the venture.5. Customer Service: I am accountable for customer satisfaction and ensure that our service standards are always high. This involves handling customer complaints and issues, as well as gathering feedback for service and product improvement.6. Compliance Monitoring: I also ensure that our coffee shop always complies with government-imposed sanitation and food safety standards, as well as other relevant regulations.My mission as a Coffee Shop Manager is to create a comfortable and friendly environment for customers, while maintaining the best quality of our products and services.
