- As a Founder, I built and led a global network of Coaches, Consultants and Facilitators who joined forces to deliver best-in-class Leadership Assessment & Development solutions to both individual and corporate clients. - As a Coach, Consultant & Facilitator, and together with a top-notch team of Business Partners in Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, France, UK and Brazil, we have co-created transformational leadership assessment & development programs for clients across the globe.- Proud to have assessed and developed some of the World Economic Forum's Fellows (internal candidates selected to WEF's Global Leadership Fellow Program), between 2016 and 2020. - Our client portfolio included: Aegon, Bunge, Carburos Metalicos, Santander Private Banking, WEF, JESA, Zedra, Loro Piana, Typeform, DIA Group, Google, ISDI Business School, and University of Geneva.

During this period I became certified as an Executive Coach, practiced yoga and mindfulness, travelled around the world and collaborated with former employers in special projects as a freelancer, besides starting my career and leadership coaching practice. It was the start of my transition from Executive Search to Leadership Advisory, in synch with my purpose of unlocking human potential.

São Paulo Area, Brazil

- Business Development: generated US$1MM in 2013, overcoming annual goals each year. High rate of repeated business, specially at Microsoft.- Project Management: end-to-end management and delivery of C-level search assignments both in the Tech and FMCG industries: around 40 executive placements, in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Goiania. - Client management: co-led projects at Microsoft, AT Kearney, Ernst & Young, L'Oreal, LASA, Grupo S2, Grupo Jaime Câmara, among others.- Leadership Assessment: managed complex Leadership Assessment projects, applying Lominger tools.- Delivered both individual and corporate feedback, including gap analysis and recommendations.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

- Co-led the start-up of the Miami subsidiary from ground up.- Recruited, trained and developed a multi-cultural and multi-functional team of Consultants, Researchers and Administrative Assistants.- Established the company's processes and procedures, both following some of the HQ guidelines as well as adjusting our modus operandi to the local markets.- Managed C-level and Middle Management search assignments in Miami, New York, Boston, Houston, Virginia, Philadelphia and California. - Managed and developed a client portfolio that included: Banco Santander, Telefónica, Dragados USA, Colomer Group, ACS, Repsol, BBVA, Areas, OHL, Kroll, among others.- Amrop was awarded the best Spanish company in the USA in 2011, by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Miami.

Barcelona Area, Spain

- Managed C-level search assignments for various industries.- Participated in the Leadership Assessment project of the largest Spanish Energy conglomerate, assessing over 200 senior executives in Spain and Latin America.- Client portfolio included: Wrigley, Nutrexpa, Affinity Pet Care, Mutua de Propietarios, Naturgy, Caixa Bank, Cirsa, AREAS, Grupo Planeta, Tous, Sodexho, Kompan, among others. - Co-created and implemented “Premios al Talento Joven”, launched with success in 2009 and still taking place every year (now in partnership with IESE, Spain's #1 business school).- Chair of Amrop's Researchers and Associates Committee, a global team of nine selected Researchers and Consultants from Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific who developed projects related to Global Best Practices and Knowledge Management.- Guest speaker at Amrop’s Research & Associates Conferences in Lisbon and Barcelona.

- Managed C-level search assignments for various industries, although most of my clientes were in Tech (eg. SAS Institute and Unisys).- Provided career counseling for MBA students in partnership with Fundacao Getulio Vargas (the #1 business school in Brazil)
