As a Quality Auditor, I was in charge of writing documentation for business procedures and practices and the implementation and maintenance of the documents archives to comply with the ISO/IEC 17025 procedures.In my Lab Analyst role, I was the main responsible of maintaining the compliance of the lab equipment calibration schedules, calibration of the equipment, performing analytic tests on the oil samples sent by customers using hit-tech equipment.The Administration part of this role included data entry and record keeping, organization of monthly quality meetings for the team, training new staff in the lab methods and protocols.While working at ALS I undertook a iLEAD program on Leadership Skills for Business Manager and successfully completed it by presenting my project to the Executive Board.During the ILEAD program I worked with an international team scheduling the group meetings, developing several projects; I applied the skills and processes acquired through it at work.
