I was in charge of product development and approval of products by licensees and retailers of Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland and Turkey. My role was to guarantee the compliance to high quality and brand integrity standards, starting from the very first idea of the licensee, to final production. I was also in charge of creative materials, such as style guides, packaging, marketing materials and product concepts to pitch licensees or retailers.From 2014 to 2017 the company managed the DreamWorks portfolio and I was in charge of product development and approvals in all Planeta territories.

During my years in Warner Bros. I was in charge of product development and approval of products by Italian licensees and retailers. I worked in support to category managers and licensing partners of all categories, in order toachieve the best out of the collaboration between the company and its clients, following all the processes of development of products, in both creative and quality side.

The agency was focused on licensing, I was part of the creative team. Our projects werecreation of style guides, packaging design and guidelines, brand extension, product development (for both licensees and licensors).

My activity was focused on web and app design, but also on short animations for a e-learning publishing house.
