About Silvia Navarro, Pmp® Mciob

I have 20 years of experience within the Construction Sector with main contractors (in Spain) and consultancy companies (in Spain and Scotland) managing projects from the initial concept to the completion of the building. Working in consultancy I simultaneously managed a number of projects that were in different phases of matureness through all the RIBA stages, from the initial collation of Client’s requirements (Strategic Support) to the End of Defects. Being on the Main Contractor side I gained experience managing projects in housing,, education, care sector, and office buildings. I have also been involved in the management of teams at all levels, from Assistant Project Managers and Site Managers. I believe that we never stop learning and I maintain my continuous professional development by maintaining my Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), and my Chartered CIOB membership (MCIOB).
