- Develop forecast at SKU and requirements planning strategy in JDA and SAP for South West Europe are, utilizing both statistical forecast modeling techniques and commercial operations inputs ((MRP, master data, procurement planning, inventory management and warehouse management). - Business Strategy Project Management across Hilti Spain to improve and align Customer Service with Hilti Europe standards, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing impact on business caused by random disturbances on materials requirements participating in full life cycle: requirements gathering, business blueprint, product configuration, testing, go-life, user support and training/documentation. - Participate in monthly S&OP process.
