€110Mil (100 employees), Renewable Energy SectorRecruited to manage all financial aspects of a challenging Start Up Project committed at the entrance of a UK Private Equity Fund; reporting directly to the CEO; built strong relationship with both shareholders and management; managed temporary financial challenges; set-up key cash flow projections and maintained direct relationships with bank directors;Key contributions: • Completed M&A transactions including: demerger, merger, asset contribution in kind, acquisitions and sales of private companies’ quotes, set-up of new companies in Italy and Eastern Europe;Project Financing; • Project financing for the construction and development of wind farms totalling 350 Mw (€600Mil financing) and defined the group structure with set-up of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs); evaluation of investment opportunities.
