Born and raised in a small town in Northern Italy, I eventually made my way to San Francisco to pursue my degree in Business Administration at Berkeley, which was a dream come true.After graduation, I dove headfirst into the world of Sales and Customer Relationships. While enjoying these roles, I found myself increasingly drawn to the operational side of things and I eventually made the decision to pivot toward a more Operations-oriented career.
