The main activities related to the management of the client portfolio are as follows: Fee negotiation, planning, budget elaboration, monitoring of deviations from budget and invoicing, among others.Furthermore, as per the teams I am responsible for, the main activities are related to review and supervision, training and evaluation of teams up to five people for each of the clients belonging to my portfolio. The average number of clients per year is twenty, mainly in the industrial sector, and especially, in the automotive sector, chemical and pharmaceutical sector, retail sector, hotel sector, and real estate, among others.As an auditor, I conducted audits in conformity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US GAAP, French GAAP, Italian GAAP and German GAAP besides the statutory audits that were performed in conformity with Spanish GAAP.I also conducted audits in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards (Integrated audits) under Section 404 of Sarbarnes-Oxley Act.
