We are Member Firm of WTS Global, a global consulting network present in more than 100 countries around the world. The areas of practice of excellence of WTS R&A Studio Tributario are: corporate and national tax consultancy (direct taxes, IRAP and VAT), corporate reorganisations, management of private assets, litigation, out-of-court settlement of disputes and also transfer pricing, customs duties and other indirect taxes. In order to avoid conflicts of interest, we do not carry out auditing services. YATRA Onlus Association was created to support micro international cooperation pro-jects in India, in particular to support Adivasi population of the Ran-chi region in Jhar-khand.The word "yatra" in Hindi means "path" and in recent years the association, walking along-side the Adivasis, has supported projects in the health, educational, work and social fields.

Sirò S.r.l. is the service company that deals with executive activities such as the management of accounts (ordinary, simplified and of professionals), tax returns, telematic fulfillments and other administrative and corporate secretariat obligations, often in support of corporate and tax consultancy activities. In its many years of experience Sirò has managed different customers in size and sector of activity and it is able to support the Chartered Accountants in their consulting activities, offering organization, timeliness and effectiveness in the necessary obligations.

In 1993, after obtaining the qualification to practice the profession and in parallel with the collaboration with Studio Pia, I started my own business, following some clients for traditional bookkeeping activities such as the Law Firm founded by Lawyer Santo Fontanazza, my very first client, with whom I still collaborate, as well as organizational, taxand corporate consultancy activities for insurance agencies (e.g. Toro Assicurazioni) of oper-ators in the construction sector, both in the private construction sector and in that of public works, as well as of car dealers.In those years, in addition to ordinary activities as a Chartered Accountant, I specialized in collaborating with start-ups, following as an external consultant the "MIP - Mettersi in proprio" project, the regional support system for business creation. and self-employed then managed by the Province of Turin (today by the Piedmont Region and the Metropol-itan city of Turin).The collaboration with MIP allowed me to later come into contact with the newborn in-cubator of the Politecnico di Torino. Thanks to this contact, I was able to follow some of the very first incubated companies, both for tax and corporate consultancy and for the organization of the administrative and accounting department.

In those years, Studio Pia was a Turin firm of ancient tradition, which provided tax and corporate assistance to leading companies. The then Chartered Accountant Mario Pia, son of the historic founder Professor Giovanni Pia, held the position of Vice President of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Turin.In those years I worked directly with Mario Pia who taught me and passed on the atten-tion to detail, the importance of knowledge, the passion for research and documenta-tion of facts and a great professionalism.I dealt with corporate taxation projects, statutory aspects of the budget and tax litiga-tion. I have participated in projects concerning important clients for the Firm such as Salumificio Raspini, a company of the Fiat group, companies of Garosci group. as well as some extraordinary transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.In November 1991 I took the state exam to become a Chartered Accountant, a title ob-tained in 1992. In those years I also completed the process to obtain the qualifications of Statutory Auditor and Technical Consultant of the Court of Turin.

Studio Emilio Pugni was a firm of Chartered Accountants in Turin where I worked part-time during my university years and until I graduated.The decision to join Studio Pugni during the period of study was guided by the desire to know the profession at 360 degrees in order to then be able to choose the specialization best suiting my professional skills and my needs, “on the field”.
