My name is Silvia Solá Sánchez, and with my bachelor in Business Administration and Management and 8+ years of experience in CRM and marketing analyst role, I am self – confident I can contribute to the ongoing success at your company.I have experience in 360º customer projects, based on Salesforce tools. I worked closely with my manager to develop and managed the journey that the customer follows from becoming our client to the end of financing contract, where we implemented a contact plan to goal the renewal of the car and the financing. I created KPIs to track and manage every client’s step throughout the journey and analyse if it is necessary to improve any point of the journey.Finally, I made sure the proper information integration on the CRM dealers system.I was the first person at my company who implemented the CRM campaign on Marketing Cloud. To this first campaign, I selected the target, uploaded the database, created the journey builder and the automation studio and designed the look & feel of the emails to send. I learnt everything I know about Marketing Cloud on my own thanks to this campaign and the trust my manager had on me.Attention to details, hard work organization and passion are my 4 best skills. I am accustomed to working focus on the results and stressful environment. Be able to understand and develop every task in favour of client vision is one of my goals. I enjoy working in a team and I think learn new techniques to improve your skills are the golden path.
