• Manage Dynamics GP; Provide assistance to users, bug fixes, maintenance and data updates.• Create/Modify management reports of the different systems using SSRS.• Manage users access on SSRS• Manage Sales System (MSF); detect bugs, test new versions/Updates, provide customer support.• Develop improvements to the company's in-house applications, train users on these systems, assist users, and fix bugs.• Manage the Security on Management Reporter; tool used for management reports.• Responsible to report and follow-up third-party application bugs.• Ensure SQL Jobs and backups run.

- Coordinate with support team in troubleshooting and fixing application issues.- Learn and provide application support on existing systems.- Contribute to the documentation effort of ALLSector systems.- Assist with other technical writing or other software support.- Assist with application support, code development, debugging and regression testing as well as initiating the documentation efforts of ALLSector Systems. Communicates with customers regarding application issues and works one on one with developers and support team to address these issues.
