Designing custom residences with Cottage's ADU (accessory dwelling unit) expertise and tech systems, lowering cost and timelines for homeowners. Working on solving housing affordability by making it easy to build an ADU.

Responsible for strategy and execution of events to add value to the greater architectural community, to increase awareness of Practice Operations and the Monograph brand. Section Cut, a 3–day virutal conference with 45 speakers, 1600 registrants, 20 partners and career fair. Responsible for development of event programming and coordination between attendees, speakers, partners, event contractors, event website, event platform and Monograph marketing team for event promotion and execution. Created a collaborative event community board using Figjam for the event to capture and share the event experience. Best Practice Fireside Chats, a weekly live Zoom interview with industry leaders. Responsibilties include booking and promotions, interview research and guiding questions, and processing into podcast, article, social media content, and on demand continuing education curriculum. Roundtable Chats, a weekly open conversation event series on relevant hot topics for emerging professionals, rising managers and operations leaders that was well received by the community for providing content not found elsewhere in the industry. Weekly Newsletter with 10k+ subscribers to distribute weekly events, blog posts, job board postings, and insights on practice operations. Events with local AIA chapters and ongoing experiments with a team of consultants for online community platforms and resources.

Architect on a variety of projects including residential, senior and independent living, hospitality, commercial mixed use, dormitory housing and dining, and office test fits.Committees: Women’s Leadership Initiative, DE&I, Fred’s Team (To Fundraise for Memorial Sloan Kettering and run the NYC Marathon) Recent projects include five story wood frame residential building with two story concrete podium for parking located in a VE flood zone. Designed unit layouts, adjusted unit mix and count to work with owner’s phasing needs, and coordinated with all consultants and for city approvals. Coordinated the late stage VE redesign of a hotel and restaurant in a landmarked building for HVAC needs and upgraded room types with interior designer, lighting consultants, structural and MEP engineers, food and beverage and hotel operators.

Junior Project Architect on a variety of projects including multi-use commercial, educational, government, medical, and high end residential throughout New York City.Drafted and coordinated complete detailed construction documents sets.Worked on complex zoning building configurations, DOB and LPC submissions.CA on residential lobbies, ammenity spaces and residential apartments in addition to the current DGA office during company’s office relocation.

Drafted plans, sections and elevations for the renovation of a large private residence. Researched effective diagramming techniques.

Rebranded all marketing literature and technical data for elegance, clarity, and professionalism. Created new logo for parent company.

Worked directly with students on design projects, teaching skills in technical drawing, modeling, Adobe CS5 and full scale construction.
