Coaching pristupom i tehnikama potičem ljude na samoanalizu, samosvještavanje i samotkrivanje kroz koje osoba otkriva svoje autentično ja i pronalazi motivaciju za promjenom. Moja vizija i fundamentalna filozofija coachinga je prije svega da u ovom nestabilnom, nesigurnom, vrlo složenom i izazovnom svijetu djelujem na način da čovjek čovjeku bude čovjek. Ljudskost, empatija, iskrenost, povjerenje i vjera u kapacitete svakog čovjeka vrijednosti su koje me vode.Vođena humanističkim, sistemskim i realcijskim teorijskim principima, vjerujem da je svaki čovjek slobodno i stvaralačko biće odgovorno za vlastitu kvalitetu života. U svom razvoju coaching vještina prvenstveno sam uložila vrijeme i resurse u vlastitu samoanalizu i samorefleksiju kako bi s integritetom i autentičnošću osobnog iskustva primjenjivala naučena znanja iz coachinga i mentoringa. Kontinuirano ulažem u rad na sebi i istražujem nove pristupe i tehnike kako bi u svakom trenutku klijentu mogla pružiti maksimalno individualiziranu i učinkovitu podršku.Visoki etički standardi i smjernice temelj su mog rada, a EMCC Globalni etički kodeks garancija su profesionalizma i kvalitete koji čini vrijednu i važnu razliku u mom radu i pristupu. Kreativna sam i inovativna u pristupima koje prilagođavam individualnim potrebama svake osobe.Posvećena sam stvaranju inkluzivnog društva, dugogodišnji sam aktivista i zagovaratelj prava na različitost, prava na uključivost i prava na slobodu.Radim edukacije prvenstveno iz podrucja liderstva, komunikacije i prevencije sindroma sagorjevanja.Mentor sam pojedincima i organizacijama u kreiranju i ostvarenju vizija!Coaching ostavljam za svakog tko je prije svega voljan pogledati u sebe, biti iskren prema samom sebi i raditi na osobnoj promjeni!
