During big procedure of installation one of three C.C.M.'s units (Continous Casting Machine) on the project HOA PHAT in Vietnam , my dutys are :-Monitoring the fabrication and installation of complete cooling water pipeline , equipment and additional supports for C.C.M. unit.-Control of installation of valves, instrumentations and mechanical equipment on cooling water units.-Monitoring and final inspections of completed works (assembling, installation and welding procedure) -Participation during flushing procedure, pressure test and start-up of cooling water unit.-Alignment of production with the international standards (ISO 9001....).-Participation during OPI procedure (Opening package inspection) on the incoming piping & mechanical equipment.

3. Maj Shipyard - Rijeka, Croatia

Construction and design of piping, pipelines, pipes and tubing (steam, water, air) in the engine room using special programs Bentley Microstation and Smartpipe..-Preparation and development of technological process of individual pipeline before the start of production and issuing work orders for production facility.-Preparation of supporting documentation and standards for each type of piping pipelines and pipe. -Monitoring the development pipeline and supports in the local yard workshop and comparing with the existing technical documentation.-Control of production at the facility for production of pipeline in the shipyard (visual and NDT control of deformations and weld) before mounting in the engine room.-Monitoring and final inspections of completed works (assembling, installation and welding) in the engine room.

Karimun Yard - Saipem Indonesia

As part of the Italian Tozzi team, I work as a piping & mechanical supervisor at Saipem's project in the Indonesia – FPU Jangkrik project.As part of a large international team of electricians and mechanical engineers during this project, I performed the following duties and actions :-Monitoring the development of pipeline and supports in the local yard workshop and comparing with the existing technical documentation.-Supervision and performing of the pressure test (with nitrogen) on instrumentation tubing.-Resolve all problems during fabrication and installation of supports and cable trays.-Supervision of the welding of supports for instrumentation, foundations, beams and penetrations.- Supervision welding of the additional supports for instrumentations air bottles-Prepare and update technical documentation for contractor.-Sending the reports and updated documentation during the day to project manager, superiors and contractor.-Supervising and monitoring of all activities and employees involved in the process of upgrading.- Supervision of subcontractors teams and monitoring their work.-Participation in daily meetings to ensure the acceleration of all working activities.

As part of the Italian Tozzi team, I work as a QA/QC electrical inspector at Total's project in the Scottish Shetland Islands – Laggan Tormore project.As part of a large international team of E&I engineers during this project, I performed the following duties and actions :-Supervise the preparation and modification of all documentation – red line mark up-Controlling the layouts of equipment, instrumentation and wiring diagrams.-Check and correct installation of cable and instrumentation tags and labels.-Verification and checking cable connections to the main switch, boards, junction boxes and cabinets.-Participation in pre-commissioning of electrical systems (cables, cable trays, YOKOGAWA cabinets, lamps, junction boxes, HONEYWELL equipment, ABB pumps & valves, emergency equipment …etc) and instrumentation (transmitters, flow meters, terminals, pressure valves, switches…).Inspection and control of the installation of cables, cable trays , transmitters..etc-Verification, checking and testing of all types of cables : loop, continuity and insulation test using professional loop tester for the loop resistance measurement - megger ASITA 2000 and multimeter FLUKE 1507.-Control the quality of the installation and the elimination of errors occurring during the installation of cables and equipment.

Baku Shipyard - Saipem Azerbaijan

During procedure of upgrade on barge SD2 PLBH ‘’Israfil Huseynov’’ in Baku – (Azerbaijan) I performed the following duties and actions :-Supervise the preparation of documentation and participate in TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation)-Monitoring the development pipeline and supports, resolve all problems during fabrication and installation.-Assisting in designing of pipelines system for auxiliary engines (sea water & fresh water cooling, lubricating oil, diesel fuel and compressed air).-Company champion for all five pipelines systems in engine room : sea water, fresh water, lubricating oil, fuel oil, compressed air. -I also supervised the installation of the rest pipelines systems (winch drives cooling, transformer cooling, fire-fighting system, CO2) and equipment (preheaters, coolers, expansion and compressed air tanks, pumps, valves, filters, flow indicators) and integrity in the new cooling system.-Supervision of the welding of supports, foundations, beams and penetrations and installation of the complete instrumentation (pressure and temperature indicators and transmitters), NDT equipment, chemical showers units, field joint coating equipment… -Participation in mechanical completion (MC), pre-commissioning and commissioning of piping systems, mechanical equipment & instrumentation.-Pre-testline checking with client to close the punch list category A&B prior to test of the piping system.-Participation in the commissioning and kick-up start of five Wärtsilä 8L20 auxiliary engines, monitoring of all operating parameters (temperature and pressure of cooling water, lubrication oil and fuel) and documentation of data.-Preparation, control and modification of the technical documentation (P&ID) and isometrics according to the situation on the board (as built revision).-Supervising and monitoring of all activities and employees involved in the process of upgrading.-Participation in daily meetings to ensure the acceleration of all working activities.

Adriatic Sea

During revamping procedure on the gas platform IKA-A in the Adriatic sea, I provide control of all work and actions on the platform :-Supervise the preparation of documentation required for revamping of the gas platform.-Supervise the process of flushing pipelines with nitrogen gas and preparation for cutting. Before the cutting operation I control with HSE person the percentage of gas in the pipeline with gas detector (Draeger). -Supervision of the all welding operations on pipelines (incoming gas line from platform IKA-JZ, golden joint, drain lines, …)-Together with the inspector from C.S.R. (Croatian Ship Register), I supervise pressure test procedure of revamping pipelines ..-Supervise the installation of the methanol pump as well as the installation of instrumentation (pressure transmitters, gas detectors, solenoids..) tubing and power cables into racks inside control room.I provide control rest of the work on the platform (Painting, scaffolding installation, updating of software,…)-Resolve all problems in fabrication and installation.-Assists in the simulation of working process on a computer in control room(loop test, cause & effect matrix)-Sending the reports and updated documentation during the day to project manager, superiors and contractor.-Supervising and monitoring of all employees involved in the process of revamping.

Saipem Yard - Ravenna Italy

I participate in the design of pipelines, pipes , tubing and mechanical facilities of chemical injection packages for Brazilian Petrobras.Complete of the work (calculation, construction and designing) being done in the PROECO S.r.l. project office (near Ravenna) in Forli - Italy.-Supervise the preparation of documentation.-Supervise the procedure of installing Aveva PDMS 3D software.-Analysis, development and design of P&ID diagrams for Brasilian Petrobras.-Design and control lists of lines and valves of the piping and tubing (P&ID’s)-Construction and design of piping, pipelines, pipes, valves, pumps, tubing and mechanical plant in AutoCAD 14 and then in Aveva PDMS 3D software. -Knowledge and application of international standards (DIN, ASME ...) in designing and constructing.-Continuous monitoring and review of all technical documentation.-Sending the reports and documentation during the day to project manager, superiors and contractor.-Supervising and monitoring of all employees involved in the process of designing and constructing-Ensure that all works are adherence to Pro-Eco International Company's Quality and ISO-9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 policies.

Viktor Lenac - Rijeka

I participate in a project to build a gas platform IKA-JZ in croatian shipyard "Viktor Lenac" as part of a joint project of croatian INA and italian’s Agip (INAgip d.o.o.).-Supervise the preparation of MAK cargo barges in Italian shipyard Rosetti Marino S.p.A. (Marina di Ravenna - Italy) for transport all parts of platforms IKA-JZ from Italy to shipyard "Viktor Lenac" in Croatia.-Supervise the procedure of painting and welding platform components (foundation piles, conductors, grillage, seafastening, boatlanding parts..).-Supervise the loading (heavy lifting procedure) and installation of the platform components (foundation piles, conductors, grillage, seafastening, boatlanding parts..) on the MAK cargo barge.-Supervise the process of welding seafastening elements and grillage on MAK cargo barge.-Sending the reports and documentation of each operation (painting, welding, loading..) during the day to project manager and superiors.-Preparation for certification of documents, communication with Lloyd's Register and the IMO and ensure safe transportation of platform elements with MAK cargo barges to the shipyard "Viktor Lenac" in Croatia.In the Croatian shipyard " Viktor Lenac " I supervised the rest of the work :-Control of welding the rest of platform elements (jacket, seafastening, boatlanding, cathodic protection).-Control staining and loading (installing) the remaining parts of the platform (jacket, boatlanding, seafstening) on the MAK cargo barge.-Commissioning of jacket construction – Visual Inspection (VI) and assist in measuring the weight before boarding on MAK cargo barge.-Assistance in installing the platform to the bottom of the Adriatic sea.-Continuous monitoring and review of all technical documentation.-Supervising and monitoring of all employees involved in the process of welding, painting and installation

D-Island - Caspian Sea , Kazakhstan

As part of a large international team of engineers, I begin to work on a large plant D-Island in the Kashagan Offshore Oilfield Project on the Caspian sea in Kazakhstan.-Oversight day-to-day control (walkdown) and supervision of pipe laying works and pre-commissioning and commissioning pipe plant (piping, pipelines, pipes, high pressure pipes, valves, spools, manifolds, risers, hook-ups) to achieve MC completion. -Resolve all problems in fabrication and installation.-Responsible to supervise and monitor the subcontractors works.-Identifying any project material shortfalls and taking necessary corrective action to ensure completion of the testing and reinstatement as per plan.-Checking and control of pipes continuity and all piping equipment (valves, fittings, flanges, gaskets, bolts, heat tracing, PSV - pressure safety valves, oil & glycol pumps, rotation equipment, air tanks, and all types of insulation) on the site.-Verifying that the installation and all equipment is in accordance with the drawings (P&ID, isometrics..) and specifications and is ready for commissioning in a safemanner and in accordance with the requirements of the project.-Control commissioning of the plant (HUC) for transport and processing glycol (mechanical pumps, storage tanks and separators) and technical water (boilers, storage tanks, filters).-Organizing a small team of technicians to resolve defects and failures in the insulation, heat tracing and equipment (opening and filling the punch-list, changing and updating the P&ID and isometrics - Red line mark up).-Pre-testline checking with client to close out the punch list category A & B prior to test of the piping system.-To carry out and complete the Mechanical Completion (MC) systematically and as per plan to support the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities according to system & sub-system breakdown.

Svilno - Rijeka - Croatia

Servicing, repairing and testing Woodward governors (UG-8, UG-10, PGE, EGB..), and other marine equipment (air valves NABCO, REXROTH, ABB, solenoid valves) in our service in Rijeka with a special service equipment and special tools. -Assisting in servicing (overhaul) of marine auxiliary engines (Daihatsu) during the navigation. -Assisting in servicing (overhaul) of the main marine engine (Wärtsilä, Burmeister & Wain) during docking (Port Bijela-Montenegro, China..) -The complete procedure of overhaul involves removing and servicing pistons, fuel pumps, cylinder heads, valve grinding, replacement of flying bearings and main bearings, piston rings, gaskets and seals and control of the crankshaft.-Assisting during the boot block from marine auxiliary engine (STI Highlander), removing of the crankshaft, crankshaft grinding, reinstalling of the crankshaft and commissioning.In the dock at the local shipyard “Viktor Lenac” I'm working on installation of power cables for two additional "boat thrusters" which were later installed on this ship SHCV Sampson (Pipelay vessel for seabed pipeline trenching).-Visual control (VC) and monitoring the operation of cable laying on the board and writing daily reports to superiors.Working in the Woodward service implied constant training and monitoring trends in shipbuilding and mechanical engineering.
