International Coordinator
Current•Work with the Director, International Services, to provide support for the work of the IC and International Services Program Advisory Group (ISPAG)•Prepare and maintain an ISP yearly calendar •Maintain efficient and effective communication including via social media and bi-annual newsletter with all stakeholders•Establish and confirm dates with clients for consultations, on-site or office-based evaluations, training workshops, and related activities•Draft contracts with clients and consultants•Monitoring travel warnings and other advisories•Collaborating with the client and other agents as applicable to arrange and confirm all logistical arrangements •Assist in the preparation of applications for grants for financial support of activities •Help design and deliver training to consultants and evaluation team members•Monitor the ISP Trademark application(s)•Assist in the development of educational materials for workshops and on-line training for clients•Provide information and guidance to clients regarding ACPE and ISP•Assist as required in the preparation of templates and finalization of reports•Review and proof other documents, reports, and correspondence, as required•Participate in IC meetings, conference calls, GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar, and skype sessions, as scheduled, and assist in preparing and distributing the agenda, meeting materials, minutes, etc.•Issue invoices in the ACPE accounting system•Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the International Services Program•Keep IRMS up-to-date.•Market the International Services Program•Coordinate the annual monitoring of programs recognized by ACPE•Support strategic planning efforts and initiatives•Prepare Draft of ISP Annual Reports•Enhance, update and maintain the international section of ACPE’s website•Support the development and maintenance of the International Services Program Database•Represent ACPE as requested at various professional meetings
