I work with people across the lifespan to promote growth, healing and change. My areas of focus are working with couples, as well as depression and anxiety disorders, and working with survivors of childhood and adult trauma. This process involves healing and recovery at the individual level, as well as addressing the impact that traumatic experiences have on intimate relationships in my work with couples. In addition to my clinical practice, I conduct trainings and workshops for professionals in the community, including the police department, Office of the District Attorney, therapists and psychology trainees at various centers, and medical staff at local hospitals to name a few.I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and offer supervision to therapists seeking consultation or certification in this model. In addition to providing services to couples, individuals and families, I facilitate Relationship Enhancement Workshops for Couples several times a year.
