Current• Monitor customer links using tools such as PRTG, Cacti, Solarwind, LogicMonitor, ManageEngine, Grafana• Responsive with alerts and escalate to providers or customer engineers in less than 5 minutes• Proactive search for alerts• Create and manage ticketing using ServiceNow• Responsible for handling each shift as a shift leader• Responsible for making weekly and monthly reports to be addressed to customers
