I lead a team of product designers, researchers and UX writers. Since becoming the Director of the product design for the Fulfillment team at Rappi; the largest last mile delivery app in LATAM, I grew the team from 2 to 10 people, improving the overall design process and transforming from a task-oriented to an agile team, that is seen as an instrumental partner to the success of the business. My team is responsible for the building the logistics user experience across 3 different lines of business within Rappi including: The app for couriers, the app for shoppers and the App for Turbo stores enableling ultra fast deliveries in under 10 minutes.As a leader I was responsible for working hand in hand with Rappi founders, global operations and ensuring design was present and vocal when defining the product roadmap as well as keeping track of measuring progress through clear and actionable KPIs including E2E delivery time, productivity per hour, defect rate and NPS.

We invited people from different industries to present a case: successes and failures during the implementation.At The Sprint Team, we created a Design Sprint training for individuals and companies. As a senior product designer I was responsible for the user experience for requesting roadside assistance. I worked close to product and engineering team, to define the product roadmap and ensure it was in line with the business objectives.As a result of my time at Iunigo I was able to:- Created an assistance system reducing waiting time from 1h to 25max- Designed a live tracking systems for user to visualize the assistance location- Automated the process for validation of the authenticity of the incident

As service design advisor for the Cultural innovation Lab, I was responsible for the strategy of innovation projects across the country. I designed the user experience for iconic museums, Represented the National cultural Ministry at the Open Government Partnership, and trainedgovernment teams with design thinking methodology.

Lead +6 Tech and cultural Hackhatones, designed government identity with Universities design programs as partenrs

As UX designer I was charge of the user experience to request loans for micro entrepreneurs.It was a project for the “Banco Ciudad” thought Findo Fintech. I lead the usability test with users and internal teams.
