I work as Executive Secretary of the OSAF (South American Organization for the Promotion of the Thoroughbred), and also assist the Chairman of the Argentine Jockey Club in International Affairs matters.My duties include: * Translation of technical and scientific documents (International agreements and bylaws, regulations, publications, etc); * Elaboration of regional reports related to the Thoroughbred race industry, * Organization of trips, congresses and meetings in Argentina and abroad; * Public Relations and assistance to South American and World-wide turf organizations. * Centralization of OSAF's activities. Management of official communications amongst OSAF members; * Support to the Argentine Stud Book, management of international emails and translations;* Contact with service supplies * Graphic design of posters, brochures, institutional advertisements, and e-newsletter* Compilation of information and edition of OSAF's montly e- newsletter (http://www.osafweb.com.ar/site_esp/4boletin.php). * Content update of OSAF's webpage (www.osafweb.com.ar) * General administrative workI report directly to the President of the Board of Directors and to the Executive President of OSAF, and submit our regional reports to the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA) based in Paris and the International Stud Book Committee (ISBC) based in the UK.
