I provided advice to the CEO and other executives on emerging technologies and their relevance to how we live and work.

I produced collateral, tools and processes that allowed Telstra people to communicate technology leadership in a consistent, interesting and accurate way. Much of my work was directly for Telstra's Chief Technology Officer.

Working in the Chief Technology Office, I explored how new technologies could be used by Telstra to deliver services.

I undertook a broad range of roles including business analysis, facilitation, project management and change management, largely within the telecommunications sector.

Accredited counsellor for a 24-hour non-profit crisis telephone counselling service that provides an anonymous, non-judgemental and empathetic environment where callers can begin the process of changing their lives for the better. As an accredited trainer I selected, trained and supervised new volunteers.

Coordinated all aspects of the company’s flagship software package for sporting organisations. Played a central role in designing and developing integrated computer solutions. Designed and implemented operating procedures and guidelines. Managed an annual budget of $400,000. Supervised marketing and distribution strategies for programs and data used by elite sporting and media organisations. Liaised with senior management and staff, as well as collaborators and clients in Australia and overseas.
