I instil a can-do and innovative mindset into the team and solve problems, whereby productivity and employee happiness increase.I come with an instinct and fine-tuned eye to visualise the final product, physics and (market) uses.This I hone with an intrinsic sense of giving spaces new uses, visualise motion, natural physics (i.e. in motion simulations or hydrodynamics) as well as spotting new uses of products and technologies across industries.Jobs ranged from tingling the senses with Aerial Photography (Geo-information) image processing, production management in fast paced, award winning Visual Effects for film, TV and (automotive)commercials, to managing trade-fair attendance and conferences, OEM & ODM biotech product development with clients.My passion runs deep for concept creation for innovative environmental as well as zero-CO2 solutions and systems. So did I get the chance to design and build a working prototype of wave-powered (without motor) smart system to clean up micro-pollutants in the oceans.Hobbies:- building and flying kites with my children- immersing in appeal-marketing methods and strategies- reading and learning about past and new technologies- reading up about the latest innovations and scientific breakthroughs- reading and writing Sci-Fi and historical short-stories, novels and scripts
