Silvio Vismara is Vice Chancellor for Research and Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of Bergamo (Italy). He is Research Fellow at Indiana University (USA) and has held visiting appointments at the University of Ghent (Belgium), University of Augsburg (Germany), Manchester Business School (UK), Cass Business School (UK), University of Florida (USA), University of La Laguna (Spain), among others.Silvio is Editor of Small Business Economics, Executive Editor and co-Founder of the Review of Corporate Finance, Associate Editor of the Financial Review, of the Journal of Technology Transfer, of the Management Review Quarterly, and editorial board member of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, of Corporate Governance: An International Review, of Venture Capital, and of Journal of Industrial and Business Economics.
