 Transition & Transformation Program Manager Responsible for transition & transformation programs for new logos / new contracts for HP.  Responsible for outsourcing program, including any technical and business projects as like Data Center migrations and consolidations, Enterprise Service Management consolidation and transformation, Network and Security transformation, Business Operations and Account management set up Acting since pre-sales phase creating a transition & transformation plan, cost model and risks & issues / contract & assumptions. After sales phase, responsible to manage the whole program for transition & transformation including all sub-projects and project managers and technical team (engineering and analysts) Average program budget between $ 1 to $ 15 million under a Total Contract Value (project + ongoing) from $ 10 to $ 100 million Interfacing directly with HP Account Executives and Customer CIO / Executives Responsible to hire and manage new employees (project managers) within the company. Responsible to manage the T&T program cost center to ensure appropriate P&L (profits & losses) control.

 Senior Program Delivery Manager for Telecommunication Industry Responsible for a global project management area (IT infra-structure delivery area), containing a Project Management Office + 3 Programme Managers + 40 PMs. Program budget managed: $ 100 million – around 170 ongoing projects and 40 Transition & Transformation projects in 6 different countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico and USA). Interfacing directly with HP Account Executives and Customer CIO / Executives Responsible to hire and manage new employees (project managers) within the company. Responsible to manage the project office cost center and to ensure appropriate P&L (profits & losses) control. Manage the Program Delivery area using HP Tools as like (PPM Templates for projects and programme control, DAIR log for risks and issues management, Flash for financial control and HP MIG for employee career and development management). Customer: NII Holdings (Nextel)

- Program Delivery Manager for Financial Industry- Responsible for an off-shore account with 40 project managers (direct report). Functional and operational responsibilities under the project team.- Program responsibilities: - Business as Usual (BAU) projects - Transition & Transformation (T&T) projects - Project Management Office (PMO) - Service Requests Management (SRM) - Infra-structure (network / voice / video).- Program budget managed: $ 35 million – around 350 ongoing projects assigned to the project team. Total Contract Value estimated in 8 billion dollars- Total area relief: $ 500,000.00 / month  $ 6 million / year- Customer: Bank of America

- Area / Functional manager responsible for the Project Management Office;- Leading a team formed by 4 project managers, 4 technical coordinators, 5 supervisors and 30 technicians and analysts;- Responsible to develop new processes and to formalize the existence of a new Project Management Office to host new customer implementations & roll-out projects for equipments / software.- Some customers handled in Brazil: Gerdau Aços Longos, Unibanco, CSN, Philip Morris, AES Eletropaulo; Some customers handled in Latin America: Siemens, Rhodia, Estafeta

- Project Implementation Manager responsible for project using the technology e-VPN (enhanced-VPN) throughout the north American territory (US);- PMI best practices, although using software and management models developed by the company;- Responsible for implementation projects since it was sold (Internal Kick-Off Meeting) until the complete installation and delivery to the customer and operational team (Hand-Off Meeting);- POC (point of contact) for the entire project, acting as responsible for the delivery of all infra-structure physical and logical;- Some customers handled (US): Eastman Kodak Company, Morgan & Stanley, Heating Oil, Tata Consultancy.

- Field Services management for the Latin America region – support provided to Bloomberg customers - (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela e México);- Contract Management for all third-part companies responsible for project and support in Latin America and Caribbean region;- Project management (implementation and roll-out) using the PMI best practices;

- Responsible for the project: Pão de Açúcar – Anti-Virus Roll-Out (Migration from McAffee to Trend Micro)- Responsible for the development of a Daily Report Status to the customer, providing accountable information to describe project evolution.- Project concluded successfully 3 day before the real deadline and using exactly all the resources and budget proposed on the project plan.

- Optimization and normalization for manual process used on the area;- Responsible for the ISO 9002 certification on the customer services area;- Training, calibration and evaluation for the representatives responsible to handle customer incoming calls;- Responsible for the e-mail and online support implementation on the department
