About Silvio Ambrosini
Entrepreneur, partner of three different companies, a workshop specialized in automotive repairs, an importer and virtual store and a distributor of ebike equipment and factory, of which I am a founding partner.I have a notable trajectory within the Paragliding sport, of which I became an instructor in 1995, founding the Ventomania school. I created the teaching methodology based on my didactic thinking that I call Thought Education. I became the first Brazilian instructor to teach courses on safety and simulation of in-flight incidents, having also developed the entire didactic structure of exercises relevant to the course and having trained about 1000 students, among them, world record pilots in the sport. I wrote the book Voando de Parapente, which is now in its second edition and has sold around 2000 copies.Still within the sport, I became a member of the technical council of the free flight associations ABP and the Brazilian Free Flight Confederation (CBVL), where I gave and give specific lectures for the training of instructors in the area of teaching methodology and didactics. I also give lectures to pilots and instructors on the most varied topics within the sport, which include meteorology, aerology, piloting techniques, improvement of long-distance flight techniques, team flying, among other subjects.During my professional life, I improved myself in the area of communication and graphic arts, being responsible for the creation and design of all corporate websites of the companies where I work, as well as creating logos, social networks, writing articles and various texts, in addition to evolutionary charts of corporate performance.I am responsible for people, selection, hiring, performance and career management, obligations and advice.
