With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have a deep understanding of the Brazilian market and its nuances, as well as the main international feeder markets for the country.Throughout my career, I have successfully structured sales and marketing departments for several hotel companies that started their operations in Brazil, such as Palácio Tangará from Oetker Collection, Hyatt Hotels and Marriott Hospitality. I also have led established hotels to achieve their goals by developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans, managing budgets, training teams, and optimizing pricing and digital channels.
