A very rewarding transformation process that I implemented was the integration of 5 separate production units and labs (ca.490 employees) to a competitive operation under single management using Change Management to achieve cultural changes and Continuous Improvement (TPM)/Lean Six Sigma/WCM) programs.This process included the installation of various strategic CAPEX projects (ca.30 M Euros in 4 years).Successfully delivered a 30% increase in production volume, as well as the integration of 80 new employees coming from a restructured factory of the group.The team I lead victoriously pursued an aggressive inventory strategy which, together with an innovative S&OP process, positively impacted financial result by 4-10% calculated on oils (acquisition value ca.20 Mln Euros/year) plus finished product.I have a strong leading by example attitude, I am a hands-on kind of person and I can be very persistent in achieving an agreed set of goals. I like to blend strategic management with a strong implementation drive to provide leadership and motivation.One of the most satisfying facets of my working life is transforming a group of people into a cohesive team applying the knowledge I acquired in coaching and mentoring.
