With a passion for polymer innovation and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification, my career at MedinCell has been a journey of merging academic insight with industrial pragmatism. As a Senior Research Scientist, I lead R&D projects that push the boundaries of drug delivery technologies, applying my expertise in polymer chemistry to create novel biocompatible materials. In collaboration with our team, we have developed cutting-edge sustained release excipients that are transforming the field.My role as an Academic Collaboration Manager complements my research endeavours, enabling me to orchestrate partnerships that foster the development of groundbreaking polymer technologies. This dual capacity has allowed me to leverage my skills in project management and cross-functional coordination, all while contributing significantly to our patent estate and representing MedinCell's innovative spirit in external collaborations and events.Despite my industrial role, I am passionate about academic publishing and I strongly believe in its pivotal function as a tool to further the progress of science by disseminating fresh research findings to the scientific community.
