- Working closely with sales and channel teams as a dedicated technical point of contact to cover all tech-related challenges and questions for clients across the globe for in-house Identity scanning and KYC products (BlinkID, BlinkCard, BlinkID Verify, and IDV).- Understanding the client’s challenges in various industries and providing the best-fit solution.- Introducing products to the clients, leading, and supporting them through the onboarding & integration phase until the production phase is reached.- Being SME for specific product-shared functionalities within the Customer Success department.

- Understanding and collection of requirements from the customer and creation of Customer and Internal documentation (Solution descriptions, LLD, HLD, Acceptance Criteria, Risk analysis).- On-site and remote presenting to the customer end solutions and project status.- Engaging in technical and non-technical discussions with a wide range of stakeholders(Senior Management, Sales, R&D, Professional Services).- Working closely with Project Management on creating effort estimations, project plans, and their execution as Tech lead on projects.- On-site and Remote deployment, installation, and configuration of company Telco products (AAA & ENUM) and other Customer-specific custom solutions.- Customer training, support, troubleshooting, and debugging of company (EPC network) products and custom solutions using various tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Wireshark, and internal development framework.- Mentoring and supporting team members.- Virtualization technologies (VMware & Openstack) installation and configuration.- Development of custom solutions and internal tools to support different customer environments and a wide spectrum of customer activities.

-Installation and configuration of servers (Server preparation, RHEL, Kickstart Installation).-Network setup.-RHEL-based system checks and maintenance.-Bash scripting (Automation of administration tasks and preventive system checks).
