As a licensed realtor, entrepreneur, and consumer advocate, I run a unique and multi-faceted real estate business. On one hand I am a dedicated realtor, helping my clients make important decisions on buying and selling homes. On the other hand, I am also a real estate investor and home buyer myself. Regardless of my role, I differentiate myself by providing a higher level of service, advocacy, and support than people would expect from a real estate professional. My real estate career began when I bought my first home at the age of 25. Since then, as solo agent I consistently ranked in the top 5% of realtors in Essex County by number of closed sales, and in 2022 I sold homes 44% faster and 3% higher than average in my market. I am the leader of the Net Positive Real Estate team, which focuses on 3 main areas: real estate sales, investment, and construction management. In addition to helping buyers and sellers in traditional residential real estate sales, my team are also experts in dealing with challenging situations like foreclosure, rental property with uncooperative tenants, vacant homes, divorce, probate and estate settlement, and more.I am committed to making a lasting positive impact in the lives of my clients and the communities I serve.
