As an enthusiast of agile practices adoption at automation of business processes, I believe that:1) Business Processes Management is the best way to manage organizations;2) But without technology is impossible to control processes. In this context, information technology acts as management enabler;3) Therefore, the processes must be automated. That way, it can be measured and improved continuously;4) However, it is essential that the automated processes changes as quickly as they would be if they were not being supported by technology;5) Thus, when the need for change in the process does not happen with agility, IT becomes a barrier for the success of organizations.I continuously transform these beliefs into practical actions at the projects I lead.
