manage the various phases of the building site process, utilizing appropriate standard procedures, facilitating communications between my staff and the client according to a standardized language.As part of the planning and programming of the safety on site activity,in compliance with the Health and Safety regulations, I deal with: the safety coordination at the design phase, elaborating specific SAFETY PLANS, comprehensive of:- regulation requirements;- detailed timelines with timing schedule of all construction activities;- accurate works description with identification of the correlated risks including the evaluation of possible interference between the works;-indication of the obligations of the contractor prior and during the execution of the works;- list of the personal safety equipment;- site organization and specific measures of coordination between the various operators with the designation of their mutual duties;- assessment of security costs related to the provisions included in the "Safety Plan".As building and safety coordinator I take care of the security building aspects throughout the execution of the works, verifying diligently that the provisions contained in the Safety Plan are respected and by organizing regular meetings with the various operators on site.Also, when needed, I update the specifications contained in the security plan in the event of changes during construction.
