With over 25 years in an executive career, advisor, consultant and mentor, I have extensive expertise in implementing project management culture, methods and processes, creating and operating PMOs – Project Management Offices and supporting project management software (MS Project, Clickup, Prevision). Led effective teams, aligning personal vision e mission of participants with the vision and mission of their professional and corporative projects. I provided services not only in Brazil but also in Algeria, Ecuador and Mexico.I worked as a senior engineer at Promon Engenharia (Rio de Janeiro office), I was a consultant for PAHO – Pan American Health Organization in Mexico, and Director of Operations at Construtora THÁ. I have taught project management classes at numerous postgraduate courses in Brazil (USP, UFPR, UFP, PUCPR, UNIFAE) and for 25 years I have been a professor at the postgraduate course in Construction Management at UTFPR in Curitiba, Brazil. I am founder (1985) and director of Projexpert. One of the founders of PMI Paraná and PMP certification preparation facilitator. Former IPMA Project Management Certification First Assessor. PhD in Planning and Management from Colorado State University, USA. Bachelor’s in civil engineering and Business Administration.I act by transmitting my passion for helping people who want to stop being just a “human resource” to become “human capital” - owners of their own lives, successful people and achievements.
