Maintenance manager in charge, amongst others, of:- creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance- develop a planned preventative maintenance schedule reducing both planned and unplanned downtime- general maintenance troubleshooting assistance, root cause analysis- supervise commissioning of all the new equipment - oversee spare parts acquisition process and stock management, keep in contact with suppliers- cost control- key performance indicators supervision and control- technical solutions assessment in maintenance and plant development- operational meetings with other department managers- close communication with top management regarding maintenance related issues- new personnel assessment and training

Maintenance department activity involving, but not limited to:- Troubleshooting electronics and automation related problems in the production department for control devices, temperature control systems, 4-axis industrial robots, injection molding machines, raw material central distribution system, etc;- Issue and track work orders execution for performing periodic maintenance operations for all the devices in the production department;-Management of the Automations Subdepartment, Electricians/Electronic technicians team coordination, supplies and spare parts management;- Build / modify programs for the 4-axis industrial robots;- Design and adjustments of End-of-arm tools for robots (vacuum systems, grippers, pneumatics);- Adjustments of Poka-Yoke control devices and other production systems ( optical sensors, inductive sensors, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, thermoregulators );- Modification/implementation of PLC programs for various devices; (Siemens S7 technology, Zelio Smart Relays, Panasonic technology, VIPA etc.)
