As a junior game tester, my main task was to perform basic functionality tests, of the Ubisoft products, using the provided tools and report any issues that I encounter in a Bug Data Base. While advancing, the tasks became more elaborate and I had to get more creative with my testing methods. In the time I was at Wizrom I worked in a department that specialized on the service software used by Dacia to keep track of, parts orders, parts stock and customer cars that needed maintenance.In this position I had to answer customer complaints (Dacia shop employees) and troubleshoot their issues with the software either on-line through a remote access connection or by telephone.

At Honda I had to take care of customer appointments, visually inspect their cars before taking them in and keep track and ensure that all parts needed for repairs were in stock by ordering them exactly when needed.Also I had to manually update the parts stock database and send insurance re-examinations for cars that have been in an accident and had hidden defects that could not have been seen at first by the insurance inspector.
