I am currently a second year student at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have worked part-time at Argos in retail as a customer service advisor for a few months before being promoted to supervisor, which afterwards I was promoted to a Resolutions Team Member. Working in retail gave me a lot of customer service experience and helped me develop my interpersonal and social skills, alongside my problem solving skills which are apart of my greatest strengths. I have worked in Marketing and currently working as an Administration Assistant. These jobs have helped me develop myself and realise my strengths, alongside giving me opportunities to improve on my weaknesses.
