Achievement highlights:-Building the Corporate Sales Division from scratch up to its present business unit structure: 9 National Key Account Managers, Sales Support Team (5 persons), Offers & Tenders Department (5 persons) | Corporate Sales nowadays accounts for more than 30% of the company’s overall business;-Ensuring an annual turnover above 8 Million EUR with approx. 300 clients, out of which more than 80 international strategic accounts (banking, oil & gas, automotive, pharma, etc.);-Expanding work office supply product & services portfolio (stationery, IT consumables, hygiene products, food, beverages & catering supplies, furniture, personal protection equipment etc.), yearly adding new categories and yielding business results above expectations: e.g. the furniture category today accounts for 8 – 10% of total corporate sales; the catering, food & beverages category weighs approx. 20% in corporate sales; etc.-Implementing value-adding services – e.g. printing, custom printing forms, etc. – reaching 4 – 5% of total corporate sales;-Seizing new opportunities and expanding product portfolio accordingly: e.g. personal protection equipment, electrostatic discharge devices, and so on;-Initiating and finalizing product matching project for public tenders;-Member of the management team that has negotiated 2011 the sales of RTC Proffice Experience to Oresa Ventures and subsequent change management exposure-Annual business growth: 27% 2014 vs. 2013, 15% 2015 vs. 2014, 7% from 2015 to date-In charge of the strategic partnership concluded 2012 with LYRECO in Romania and nationally ensuring servicing for global Lyreco accounts
