In November 2023, I established my own game development studio called Ludus Pax and released my debut commercial game, "Rise of the Village Hero". This RPG title draws inspiration from classics and is currently in early access. As the first game for the studio, my primary focus is now directed towards further development and enhancement of the game, fostering a community around it, and exploring potential future projects for the studio.I am a Computer Games Development graduate student from University of the West of Scotland, having achieved a GPA 3.5 First class degree. Prior to this I studied at West College Scotland and successfully completed my HND in Computer Games Development, earning an A in both my HNC and HND years. Additionally I hold a double degree in Mathematics and Medieval History from the Open University. My skills primarily lie in programming; I have acquired proficiency in C# and have begun self teaching C++. I also possess experience in blueprints in Unreal Engine 4.26 and above. I have a solid understanding of Unity, encompassing both 3D and 2D aspects, and I am continuously enhancing my level design skills. Moreover, I have a good grasp of game testing and optimization, though I am still in the process of refining the latter. In terms of work experience, I have held diverse roles, including customer service positions, IT roles during my studies at West College Scotland, and positions such as Finance Assistant and Team Manager. As a result, my skill set is broad and adaptable. I am capable of learning quickly and being a valuable team member, as well as effectively working independently.
