The Mall •Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external clients, as well as with the Mall’s tenants, to ensure high-quality customer service; • establish and maintain new and already existing client relationships; • execute advertising sales and marketing activities as necessary in alignment with the marketing strategy of the Mall • Execute ATL and BTL marketing activities • Maintain relationships with media, advertising agencies and other subcontractors • Prepare advertising texts and press releases • Manage the brand awareness activities of The Mall • Plan and execute social events and activities of the Mall • Plan the calendar of events of the Mall and execute advertising campaigns • Create information manuals and databases of pictures and video materials • prepare and coordinate the design and decoration of the Mall for various events and responsible for the overall decoration of the Mall • develop the Mall marketing strategy in conjunction with The Mall Shopping Managers • coach, manage the performance , train, guide, develop and assess the Mall marketing team members • prepare the marketing budget and manage its effective executions

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop communications strategies that will broaden programmatic reach and deepen impact.• Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the organization. Work with leadership team and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.• Serve as a spokesperson and lead point person on media interactions that help promote and/or impact the organization.• Actively engage, cultivate, and manage press relationships to ensure coverage surrounding Attica Media programs, special events, public announcements, and other projects.• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the communications function including budgeting and planning of advertising campaigns and staff development.• Develop, implement, and evaluate the annual communications plan across the portfolio of Attica Media.• Managing the official websites of the company ( www.atticamedia.bg ; www.playboy.bg ; www.graziaonline.bg ; www.maximonline.bg ; www.forbesbulgaria.bg ). Coordinate webpage maintenance – ensure that new and consistent information (article links, stories, and events) is posted regularly.• Project accountant (outdoor campaigns, barter contracts, media partnerships, producing DVD products)

• Report and write news stories for publication or broadcast.• Research and analyze background information.
