Actively create and set the future of Under Armour Footwear innovation especially on footwear cushioning technologies creation and development.mainly work with other innovation teammates in HQ/WHQ/Asia and our key innovative partners such as chemical companies, T1 factories and sole vendors to create new compounds, new process or new construction as innovative footwear cushioning systems and make sure that they can be tested & proven then smoothly transferred to inline development and production hitting desired season or timeline.

Product Development/Commercialization• Work with factory team to maintain commercialization schedule in order to develop quality product on time and timely production launch.• Communicate and follow up daily details of product with HQ design/development Teams• Work on other projects as assigned by HQ team.Costing• Work closely with HQ teams to ensure products achieve target cost during product development stages• Identify opportunities for cost savings in the product and working with the factory for process efficiencies.Production• Implements in-line checking and final inspection ensure production processes are executed correctly based on standard processes and MCS samples.• Assist in following up and resolving rubber production issue.• Implement a knowledge retention and Continuous improvement process for feedback from production into new developments.• Proactively participate in pre-production meeting, quality improvement meeting• Closely monitors key product launches.• Work on other projects as assigned.

1,Conduct the production trial, confirm the processes when all trial finished, sign the PFC and SOP, Monitor for all production processes, continuous push factory improve product quality and processes, increase manpower efficiency, solve the issues happened in the production line, do final inspection randomly;2,Work with planning and business department for PO shipment schedule issues;3,Work with chemical and development team properly, let all projects run smooth and solve issues in factory;4,trained the internal factory inspector, have them well understand the win-win model and do great job together with brand;5, join the SMS/ESC stage to foresee the issue on new styles, give constructive advice to have the best developing result before production;6,Finish other jobs from production team leader consistently, like defective analysis report or 5 why report etc.;
