Commercial and Industrial Buildings.• Meeting with the architect or owner for a specific project design.• Design coordination with other professions involve in the project.• Gathering of electrical information for special electrical loads.• Coordinate with local power utility for design and location of service entrance.• Drafting using AUTOCAD for electrical circuiting and riser diagrams. • Making load schedule and design analysis for each panel and the overall electrical load.• Final checking with professional electrical engineer who will sign and seal electrical plans and permits.• Final Coordination with the architect or owner for approval to final printing.• Arrange all details to make electrical plans. Electrical Cost Estimates for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings• Coordinate with the architect, consultants and owner for clarifications based on electrical plans.• Prepare quantity of wires and pipes fot lighting and power system.• Prepare Quantity for Sub-feeder line and service entrance line.• Ask for quotations to trusted suppliers of panel boards and breakers as specified in the plans and bid forms. • Update existing prices to current price to make sure it will hold true until the project is awarded.• Inputs all quantity and prices ti the bid forms as well as the indirect cost involve.• Making construction schedule and bar chart together with the cash flow of the project.• Preparing of manpower schedule together with the order and delivery schedule of materials.• Final checking.• Presenting estimate to the owner together with the principal architect of the project.
